About the Role
The Senior Compensation Consultant provides expert‑level guidance, analytics, and advisory support across Equiscale’s salary survey programs, total rewards benchmarking, and client compensation strategy engagements. This role leads complex compensation projects, develops market‑competitive pay structures, and ensures Equiscale’s methodologies remain rigorous, modern, and defensible.
Requirements
7–10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
Prior consulting experience strongly preferred.
Experience with multi‑industry salary surveys and job architecture design.
CCP certification preferred but not required.
